Hi, I've purchased a set of Eufy scales and have downloaded their EufyLife App to my Samsung Z Fold4, but when I follow the pairing instructions I get a message on my phone saying the scale is not found. The Bluetooth is on and visible on my phone and the scales show in the available devices on my phone. The Bluetooth indicator flashes on the scales to show it is trying to pair. I have set the location permissions in the EufyLife app to allow when using. I have also tried to pair the scales on my old Samsung Galaxy S9+ but still have the same issue.
I am aware that the scales are not compatible to sync with the Samsung Health app, but the customer service team at Eufy assure me that their app will work on Samsung phones.
I was wondering if anyone might have any suggestions to help me with this issue?
